Shipping Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed in 3-7 business days from the time you place an order. Holidays and unforeseen occurrences may affect how soon we can process orders and we will do our best to provide proper communication if we are taking longer than usual.
  • Please allow another 7-10 business days for delivery from the time that your tracking information is received. Holidays may delay delivery estimates. Once orders are with postal couriers, we cannot affect delivery speeds.

Shipping Locations

  • We ship in the US domestically. Internationally currently is only Canada.
  • Being a small indie publisher, widely shipping international is largely out of our scope at the moment. We hope to eventually get to a place where we can share our games globally for everyone to enjoy!

Import Taxes, Duties, and International (if applicable)

  • If ordering outside the US, please know what your country's tax rates and duties are on imported goods. We will not collect any payment for import taxes. Orders may be subject to additional customs or duties fees upon arrival.
  • Refunds unfortunately will not be granted for items returned to us due to incorrect addressing or unpaid import taxes/VAT/handling.
